IPhone4S Apple's newly announced and have not been sold, but Samsung immediately greeted with lawsuits to block the sale.

According to information obtained from the official blog Samsung, Samsung has filed a lawsuit (preliminary injunction) to stop selling the iPhone 4S because allegedly have committed patent infringement.

Who claimed the patent was infringed in the case of cellular network technologies, particularly the patent of WCDMA (Wideband Code Division Multiple Access) for mobile phones. Where the technology is violated is crucial to ensure the network connection between mobile operators and mobile phone in order to remain stable.

Furthermore, it is still through his blog, accusing Samsung Apple has repeatedly violated his patent rights and have enjoyed the technologies they develop so that Samsung needs to resort to legal action.

Samsung will first perform the demands of blocking iPhone 4s in the country of France and Italy on October 5, local time, and will consider doing the same charges in another country if the demands in both countries is successful.

Who knows how long battle between Samsung and Apple will end up, certainly we as consumers still want to get products that are sophisticated and affordable.
